“Our stay at 15 Birchlea Loop was awesome! We went with another family and our small children. The house was so clean upon arrival and everything was new and neat. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our 2 families and the downstairs had a nice open floor plan that was fun to all hang out in. We also enjoyed the sun porch where we would hang out at night so not to wake the children. The property had a nice grill we used and the beautiful pool was only a 2 minute walk down the street where we went for a swim daily. In addition to the lovely home, the location could not be better. Story Land was only 5 minutes away and downtown North Conway was also only 5 minutes away. I also have to note how accommodating the house was for families with kids. There were baby gates for the stairs and bed rails for the beds. There were games for the kids to use and the house was kid friendly for the most part. We also cold not believe how well equipped the kitchen was. There was everything you could have ever needed right there. We will definitely we going back to stay again!”

It is in the perfect location, close to all of the attractions including Storyland which makes it the perfect spot for families. The property itself has a great open layout that makes gathering with friends and family easy. But the added bonus of having the basement level sets the house apart for the kids to have their own space to play or watch movies. We appreciated how well the house was equipped with everything we could need. The owners have truly made it a home away from home and we look forward to booking it again!”

“This is a beautiful and airy home that is comfortable and warm. Kitchen is fully equipped and open to dining room and living room so everyone can be together or send the kids downstairs to play for some quiet times. A three season porch was great to hang out and watch kids outside in yard. It was perfect for two families and it was close to Attitash, Black Mountain and the North Conway area.”

“We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend stay here. The location was ideal…centrally located to everything in North Conway and the mountainsa and just off the main road. The condo was perfect…very clean, spacious and comfortable. Our group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) shared ample living space with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen had anything and everything we needed. All rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. There were updated fixtures throughout, and a decent sized private yard for the kids to play in. It is a perfect 4 season get away retreat…we would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it for families or small groups.”
